How to be a Plant Witch
Becoming a plant witch takes a lot of time, patience, and studying the plants you work with. First things first, you’ll want to start with one or two plants and develop a relationship with them. Be sure to record your observations in your materia medica to refer back to later. Plants need lots of love, care, music, and good conversation. xo
Next, you’ll want to venture out into field work to study plants in their natural habitat. Be sure to take field notes and record observations. I also recommend using a plant app to snap pictures of the plant and study it. This works for mushrooms, trees, and wildlife, too. I use the “PictureThis” plant identifier app! Start there. xo
